To access the Volunteer Orientation/ Training module, please click on the following image that will take you to a secure link on the Alberta Mentoring Partnership website.  All information is kept confidential and accessed only by Big Brothers Big Sisters. 

Steps for accessing the online training:  (please read instructions fully before accessing the link!) 

Step 1:  follow the link at the bottom of this page (Big Brother Big Sister Logo) or by going to http://moodle.albertamentors.ca

a.     Choose a username and password you will remember *** note your user name does not have to be related to your own personal first and last name.

b.     The organization name will be:

Big Brothers Big Sisters Edmonton

 

Once you submit your profile, you will be emailed a confirmation link.  you must wait for this email and then access the orientation through this link.

 

Step 3:  The link will then take you back to the login page. Please enter your login information on the left hand side as a returning user. You will then be taken to a screen that has 2 modules that you are able to complete. 

 

Step 4:  The course that you will log into is:

Step 5:  Enter your Enrollment Code.  Your Enrollment Code will be:

big123

 

Step 6:  Complete the Orientation for Mentors Module

 

Step 7:  Complete the Orientation for Mentors Quiz

 

Step 8:  Receive your Certificate of Completion by email!
